ASCCA Rector Meets with Students at “YayFest” in Shamakhi
As part of the “YayFest” (Summer Fest) events held in Shamakhi, the head of the Academy of the State Customs Committee (ASCCA), Customs Service Major-General Gulu Novruzov, met with students during a panel discussion titled “The Successful Synergy of National Identity and Sovereign Thinking in Education.”
The panel brought together rectors from Mingachevir State University (MSU) and Baku Eurasian University (BAAU), as well as students from various higher and vocational education institutions across the country. Key discussion topics included modern education models, the preservation of national identity, the development of strategic and sovereign thinking, and future career opportunities for youth.
In his remarks, Mr. Novruzov highlighted the importance of safeguarding national identity, nurturing strategic thinking, and raising youth with a strong sense of statehood and responsibility. He encouraged students to remain active and committed as they build their future careers.
The session concluded with a Q&A session, during which participants shared their suggestions, asked questions, and engaged in open discussions with the panelists.
